Mr. Waller brings
over 48 years of professional petroleum engineering and leasehold property
management experience to Ramsey clients.
His oilfield career began in 1958 as a petroleum engineer with the
exploration and production division of Pan American Petroleum Corporation.
In 1967, Mr. Waller
became associated with Ramsey Engineering Incorporated as a reservoir engineer,
eventually becoming Vice President and co-owner of the firm before it was separated
into two independent operations in 1982.
At that time, Ramsey Property Management was incorporated and continued
its long-term involvement in petroleum engineering and property management.
He received a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Oklahoma University,
and is a member and past Chairman of the Oklahoma City Section of the Society
of Petroleum Engineers of AIME. He is
also active with the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), the
Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA), and the Oklahoma City
Geological Society. Mr. Waller has been
appointed as Oklahoma representative to the Enhanced Recovery Committee of the
Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission.
Mr. Waller has served on the Board of Directors of both the IPAA and the
OIPA. He was a member of the Crude Oil
Committee of the IPAA, and has served as President, Secretary and Committee
Chairman for the OIPA.
